Account access

I received text message on my phone stating that new SIM card is send to my old address, which is abandoned now, so I can't access it. Tried logging into my account to change the address, it is not working, try reminding password, it states that email address has not been found. Can't reach virgin over the phone, chat is not working. By now I tried creating new account, but there is that security question that is blank.

I just want to change address and receive new SIM card.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Sorry you're having some trouble with your new SIM going to the wrong address as well as accessing your online account. 

We would need to cancel the SIM that is going to the wrong address as well as help you get back into your online account.
