I am trying to access the mobile account for my daughter online to upgrade this but cannot locate the account. We have an account that shows details for my mobile phone on it (this uses my email address for login and billing details but the actual account name has my partner's details).
I do receive monthly emails with billing details for my daughter which has myself as the account holder. These are sent to the same email that I use to log into to see details of my phone (with my partner as the account holder).
Can you help me resolve so we can upgrade prior to my daughter going to university at the start of next week?
