At 19:14 I received the following message on my phone:
Due to Inactivity services registered to this number will be suspended at MIDNIGHT. Restore account & avoid fees at: Https://virgin-ukmobile.com "
As recommended by VM I have tried the text messaging service and after supplying my number received a text. I then described the problem to a 'bot' who got it totally wrong and I am now waiting for a human to contact me. The bot is a waste of time.
After the email telling me VM are going to close my account at my request a couple of weeks ago this takes the biscuit
