Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Connect App. Can you confirm if you are using a Virgin mobile SIM.? The Connect app should automatically authenticate from the SIM.
Once connected in the Mobile tab, you can see details of your minutes, text and data allowance information, how much of your allowances they have left, and when your allowances will refresh. You will also be able to keep an eye on your WiFi usage and see recent usage broken down into WiFi data and mobile data.
