Accessing gambling apps

I have my parental controls off  but I still cannot access apps like paddy power  or sky bet   bet 365  using mobile  data. .all my actual handset  settings  are fine too.  Why is this happening? My handset  samsung galaxy A3

Do you have a separate VM accounts for the BB and Mobile - if so is childsafe off on both?

If so - turn them back on and save then go back in and switch them off again - worth a try

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

No I do not have other accounts.  Its just the one account  for my mobile

I am sorry to hear you are unable to access the sites due to the safety settings, we will be happy to assist further. 

Can you please try going to your online account, switching the feature on and then off again and then reboot your handset?
