Accessing VM abroad

Hi, I'm currently away and can't seem to access my voicemail without a pin , if I've set one up the pins I thought would work don't. tried things like 7890, 1234 etc 

Any help would be appreciated as can't seem to find a live chat option.

Sorry to hear you're having issue with your voicemail abroad. 
Can you confirm if you set up the voicemail PIN before you went aboard?

I can't remember setting one up if I'm honest, I did it would of been ages ago and forgot it.

Usually we'd require the PIN to be set up whilst in the UK to rectify this.
