I am trying to access my mobile account. Haven't used it for years and the combination of password, email and postcode is not recognised. I am advised to re-register but I cannot remember my security question so I am advised to ring 0345 6000789 - no help whatsoever! Just sent me back to online help pages. Can anyone out there break the loop and help me access my account. Alternative is cancel my contact and I do not want to do that.
