Access online account

I can’t log into my online account, it asks me for a security question yet I’ve never given one

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post :). I am sorry to hear that you've been struggling to access your online account for Virgin Mobile.

 

This can sometimes happen, however it's just a case of us setting up a security question and answer for you on our side.

I have the same problem about needing a security question and answer setup for my mobile account.

Hi Brianwford,

 

Thanks for your post. You security question is never presented to you. The answer would be the same information that you provided when you set up your mobile account and may be the same security word or phrase for speak you are speaking to a phone agent. If you do not know what this, let me know and I'll PM you.
