Hi, i have been with Virgin Mobile for a long time now and have enjoyed the service for as long as i have had it until now because suddenly i have been charged £160 in extra charges for out-of-allowance calls even though i have a £0 spending limit???

I am sorry to hear there were some unexpected charges on your recent bill - if you do have a spending cap set to 0 on your account, it's more than likely that the extra charges are actually unpaid charges that have rolled over from your previous bills.
Have you been able to check your itemised bills and payments via your My Virgin Mobile account?
