30 days notice! :-(

long story short

  • got the email with the price increase on 26/02/19.
  • call vm on 02/03/19 and give the 30 notice. been told to call back after 27th (billing date) to get the pac code
  • call vm today 22/03/19 to get an exact date when I can get the pac code, just to find out that previous vm rep didn't process the 30 days notice

Thanks virgin media

Now I have to pay an extra month.

Classic stalling tatic 😞

There was no real reason why they did not give you the PAC code when you gave the 30days notice, a PAC code lasts for 30 days.
