Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with your wife not having access to her mobile online account.
Can you please confirm if this is correct: you and your wife have two different mobile numbers and you're only able to access the mobile account of one number, is that right? Can you also confirm if your wife has previously registered for an online mobile account before? If not, please try to register for a separate online mobile account, as with two different numbers, two accounts will be needed.
