I recently took out a new contract and was told that I could trade in my old handset and would get a £100 Trade In reward. I have returned my old handset in the envelope provided and today I received an email with a promotion code for the reward. How do I apply it when I have already returned my old handset?

Apologies for not asking previously however may I ask when was the handset sent for return? Also have you received confirmation of the item being returned?

I posted it away on May 3rd and received an email saying it had been received on May 6th and that the trade in payment for the valuation of the device would be paid by BACS within 3 working days.

Ahh, okay.

I take it that the reward has not been completed via the BACS method?

No it hasn't. The valuation of my old phone went in today but not the £100 Trade In reward
