07520601000 text message on usage but no message sent

  • Hi I need answers this number 07520601000 has appeared on my usage on itemised bill that I have apparently text when I have NOT sent a text to this number as I don't have a clue what this number is and have never seen it or contacted it in my life I have reported this to virgin media but they just say the same this is on your usage and change your number well I shouldn't have to change my number I pay virgin mobile  for my service and don't want to change my number all I want to know is what the number is and why it has appeared on my usage when no messages have been sent to that number what so ever is this a scam fraud a service message or what??? Thankyou
