I set up my account (fibre + SIM card) on the phone but the person I talked to got my email wrong. I haven't had the welcome letter yet or the SIM card but I had the modem installed. Because the email associated to my account is wrong, I cannot login on account management. Phone support is asking me for a password but I'm not sure what it is? It's possible they asked me for that during account setup but I don't remember it.
How long is the SIM card expected to take to arrive, and what are my options regarding login?
