This is an absolute disgrace - I need someone from virgin to fix this NOW!!!!
I've set up my new broadband today and noticed many internet searches are often being blocked from searching, because there's a pointless safe search block on which I was never notified of and I DON'T WANT! THERE ARE NO CHILDREN IN THIS HOUSEHOLD. Why is this on?!!!!!! Why was I not given the option when signing up to have this on or off? Why are you assuming that customers want this lock on?
More frustrating than this, I can't turn it off because you are incapable of setting up a functioning website!
I have followed the steps in Virgin's own video;

But I cannot get any further than the step at registering at https://virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia
because your USELESS WEBSITE won't allow me to progress past the password select screen. No matter what password I think of, it refuses to allow me to progress, stating "you can't use that password, please choose another". WHY IS IT DOING THIS! I have been trying different passwords for over an hour and IT WONT WORK!!!!!!!! I've tried with numbers, upper case, symbols etc and the password strength states it is "strong" with 3 green bars. Yet it STILL WONT ACCEPT ANY FKING PASSWORD!!!!!!!!!!!
Tried on firefox, chrome and Edge on both PC and laptop and the same thing happens.
I WANT A FORMAL COMPLAINT RAISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO CISAS/CEDR. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
