another broken agreement by virgin media and I even have a deadlock letter dated January of this year saying sorry but little in the form of help. this is about a collapse pipe blockage on the main highway. A new cable was pulled in feb of this year and just left in a man hole un connected because of the collapsed pipe, meanwhile I have a faulty service. Sadly now I feel my only option is the independent regulator I have shown good faith in trying to resolve this.
