virgin media had planning permission

 

from 23 to 26 Novemberfrom 23 to 26 November

Yet no road works done and for 12 months my phone has not worked properly.

another broken agreement by virgin media and I even have a deadlock letter dated January of this year saying sorry but little in the form of help. this is about a collapse pipe blockage on the main highway. A new cable was pulled in feb of this year and just left in a man hole un connected because of the collapsed pipe, meanwhile I have a faulty service. Sadly now I feel my only option is the independent regulator I have shown good faith in trying to resolve this.
