I'm a customer the same as yourself and I would activate the V6 box so I could watch TV, however I would also expect VM to honour the agreed price. If not rectified with the latest contract I would put in an official complaint contactus/make-a-complaint
I understand what you mean georgem2203. If any credits was applied to your account, it will show up on the account and next bill (provided that the bill wasn't generated too soon so it could be updated by the system).
