I've upgraded tv and broadband last Sunday (jan 17th) using my virgin media account
I recieved an order number and....
Not heard anything since
Anybody else having similar problems
Can you view your current package/contract within your "my VM" online account... if so, does this show the change you requested?

Yes i can view my account details and nothing has changed I'm on the same package
So it looks like virgin media has done nothing
