Hi,

Sorry to reply to an answered post but I have also experienced this. I accepted around 7 days ago to the offer, got sent another one but have had no further messages or speed increase. 

This alongside 4 unplanned area wide outages in the last 3 weeks is pretty frustrating.

We're sorry to see you've had a poor experience with your upgrade and the issues faced with your services due to a local outage.
We can advise that when outages are present those may cause delays and errors in installing a new service, we'd need to restore the network issues first for this service change to complete/apply successfully.

Upon latest checks we can confirm that the area faults have now cleared which is good news as you may check here for available upgrades and apply again, or contact our team at 0345 454 1111 and opt for a new offer with one of our agents.
