OK, on the 'old' home page, when I logged into account, showed the March bill as paid. Now, when the 'new' home page comes up, I log into the account, and it states 'bill overdue' for March,  and 'please pay now', despite being paid on 11th March by DD..

VM have been having issues with their web pages again.

What does it say if you dwonload and log in using the My Virgin Media app? This is usually correct.

I’ve been having the same issue on the old VM website. It’s not showing up on the app like it does on the website but the billing information is pretty confusing with way too many dates on it (with talk about previous bills). I had my DD come out on the 12th ofApril and had checked my account end of last week as I was planning on changing my DD and it was allowing me to change my DD which it won’t do now (until I pay). Looks like it’s an issue with VM as they had something similar a month or so back when they sent out would get flagged as over due and some emails were sent out as well. I tried calling a couple of times but just got cut off. Hopefully they’ll sort soon as it was super stressful earlier thinking my payment had got lost and I was gonna end up getting cut off (work from home). 
Hopefully we’ll get some assurances from VM soon.

Always SOMETHING not working either at all, or incorrectly!! 🙃

As for getting 'getting some reassurances from VM soon, DaniK14, I wouldn't hold your breath if I were you. VM are not known for doing ANYTHING, leave alone 'reassuring people!!'

So, despite having paid my bill over 2 WEEKS ago, and my account showing it was paid, this morning, having logged in, it now says

Latest bill

Bill overdue

Amount due

£139.44

Bill date

26 April

Payment date

Pay now

Make a paymentView bill 

This happened last month too, (why I started this post) yet, nobody has got back to me, or even bothered to explain WHY??

You pay the bill, then get told that you haven't!!

I just want to make sure - are you sure this isn't for Mays bill? That would be due for June?

So, update here,

Today, logged into account, and now shows the latest bill as waiting to be paid on 13th June, and is dated 26th May, so appears that the system has corrected itself (again) having done this twice regarding the April payment being 'overdue' even though my bank statement shows it was paid on 11th May!! 

Really not too impressed that this is happening, and not too sure why??
