Hi, can I have talk to someone please? My Mum travelled to Greece she was using her mobile. When they arrived in a country which out of EU she did not get a message at all, she got it later, when the cost was already in the sky...she realized she is out of EU when she got the message of her spending in the same time with the welcome and warning message...her 6 pounds monthly fee ended up nearly 75 without knowing...Can I talk get in touch with someone please, to sort out anything with this bill?
