unable to contact virgin media

managed to lose account password and response to security question

also currently unable to access email account to get billing information

result is i am unable to contact phone support or log on to my account

Sorry to hear of the issues speaking to the team and passing security.

 

We understand it's frustrating but we have to ensure on every contact we're complying with our regulators in regards to Data Protection to make sure we're only ever discussing personal or private information with the correct individual.

 

When you spoke to the team, did they advise they would send out a password reminder letter? Please bear in mind we can only do this for Virgin Media accounts.

We have never got as far as speaking to one of the team

We have been trying to use the text support but  no solution

Understand the need for security but also need a solution here as I need to work from home during covid and broadband so unreliable recently
