cant connect to my account have no bill to reset my account because its online and paperless and cant reset because i dont know my area code or date of last bill
account number ?
no way to contact virgin media as it loops has anyone got a phone number or email account so i can reset my account

Can you confirm if you've ever had access to your online account in the past? And if you've tried the forgotten password/ username options?
ive had access before but have forgotten my password, i can reset because ive forgotton my memorable word, and i cant reset that because i get paperless bills and cant get that because i cant login lol
its a nightmare lol
Same problem for me, i just need the account number but its impossible to speak with them especially with the sms
