Unfortunately VM staff on the board cannot arrange package changes, the only way is to phone.

You can call either 150 from a VM landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, call around 8am if possible when lines first open and are least busy. 

Or if you are a new customer then contact Sales on 0800 064 3840. Sales are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

The forum team don't have access to the systems to either regrade or cancel.

You can also try regrading by logging into /my-virgin-media and clicking on upgrade my pckage.

There may be an offer there for you, or the online chat messenger. This is manned during normal office hours.
