I am following the instructions on how to change the date of a direct debit and sent a text to the number given. The text wont send and say's the phone number is formatted incorrectly. can anyone help
Direct Debit changes can be made by logging on to My Virginmedia.
Two things to be aware of:
1. You can only make changes if you have no outstanding bill;
2. If you push the date back, your first bill will be higher as it will be for more than a month.
