Trying to cancel or change my oomph package , but cannot do it online . However can't get to talk to an employee who is unable to understand this . How can I make a complaint or speak to someone who has the skills and authority to help me.

Sadly, we're unable to make changes to packages and process cancellation requests over our Community Forums
If you please call us on 0345 454 1111 and then select Option 4, followed by Option 5 and you'll be able to speak to a member of our dedicated team
