cancelled my uncles account last month due to his passing got through on 0800 952 2302 and was cancelled quickly. today weve recieved a cheque which we are assumming is money owed to him the cheques wrote out in my dads name but surname been spelt incorrectly . tried the bereavement number again to see if is for that but the numbers not working
, tried customer services which were no help because we dont know the account password . any suggestions of who else we could contact please
