A couple of weeks ago I ran the service status on VM there is an issue with TV on my postcode - there still is, but I selected to be sent an email for updates - now I keep getting 3 emails a day at the same time about the fix,

How do i stop getting the emails as i dont have a problem and I dont want to keep getting the emails

I'm so sorry to hear that you're getting emails that you no longer wish to receive updating you on the fault. Are these continuing for you today? Is the fault still being reported on our Service Status Checker?

the fault is still being reported on service status - if they will end when the problem has been fixed then I can wait but I just wondered how to take off stop receiving email updates
