still no price increase email

Tuning in

my contract started end on nov 22 and still not had a price confirmation from VM either by post or email inc spam folders .
when can i expect 1 as i will be leaving as i have new providers in my area offering 1 year free 1gbps up and down then after that £30 a year with no price increase for 2 years guranteed

It's too late if you are still expecting one.

I didn't get one and my price hasn't increased.

Sometimes some contracts aren't affected and other tines it may be that the email is sent to an address which may not be in use.
It's always good to double check any other inboxes you may have.

Every customer will receive an individual price rise specific to them. If you wish to discuss your increase further, you can reach us online (virg.in/contactvm), by calling 150 from your Virgin Media landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

like i said in my first post i have not recieved 1 from VM , its down to VM to contact me then i will cancel
