Hi I've been trying for 3 days now (morning/ afternoon and night) to speak to a human to remove SkySports and Premier Sports from my bundle. Just the same recorded message that they are busy and to call back. Can anyone advise?
You can try using the text message service - 07533 051809. It's not immediate, but should respond after a day or so.
Or you can be patient and persistent with the call queues.
