some kind of confirmation of cancellation please

Hello, 

My Virgin Media Broadband contract ends this months and I did not want to renew. I cancelled in writing, over two weeks ago with recorded delivery. I am looking for some kind of confirmation please, as I can still only see that a new amount/bill for next month and no mention of last bill or end of contract. Can the moderators from here please help?

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.

Thank you for your reply. I will see if the number works, despite the reason I have given a written cancellation is because I am unable to make or wait for phone calls. A quick search helped me find the moderators on this forum have been helpful through private message for other customers with similar situation very recently, so I don't see why it should be different. All I need is a confirmation my contract disconnection is being processed as I will need to contact my bank to close my direct debits after the last bill. Hopefully a virgin media person would be able to help too.
