service

I placed an order for a package upgrade on 18th October, i was sent an order ref number but have heard nothing since. I've tried to phone and tried contact through the internet where the system said it would text a link but didn't, I've tried online complaints where they guarantee a response within 48 hours but no response. This is terrible customer service which will no doubt be blamed on Covid!!!
