secondary account

Hello all ,

first post for me , having just logged into my account i find it is a secondary account and unable to access any of my account details. Help please thanks.

Hello Zak ,

thanks for the reply very kind of you , in answer to the question i haven't took over or done anything to the account , its happened on its own , I've sent a chat message to virgin media about it and threatened to leave altogether as i need to reduce costs , but as yet no reply from them , waste of time phoning as waiting time is over an hour , we have been with them since it was called diamond cable (that's going back some years dial up malarkey lol) need a new modem as well , so really we are a valued customer they will lose.
