refer a friend

I've recently used refer a friend, my friend has had the £50 credited to his account.. but I haven't been paid mine?

has your friend already paid the first bill/been a customer for 30days?

you need to wait until they have been with VM for 30 days

Its to do with the cooling-off period.
Its to stop you referring someone. getting paid and then them cancelling within the 28 day days.

Once they pass that 28 days the contract is binding for the minimum term.
