My initial contract has expired and fees have gone from £50 to £86 a month. I want to discuss fee reduction or cancellation, we can't pay this, reduced income, Covid etc. Can't get through on phone, robot help is useless, doesn't go anywhere when I select their option 'leaving/complaint', just goes round in circles, can't even cancel the whole thing online. If I stopped the direct debit I'm sure they'd contact me soon enough. Very frustrating and worrying.
dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
that always was the best option not sure now with things as they are
stopping the DD will get you a few things - debt collectors contacting you - a black mark on your credit file and your services cut off - the one thing it would not do is get them to contact you
