I can't log into my Virgin Media account because for some reason I get the above message (in the subject line) every time I try. I know the email address is correct as it's the one I regularly receive emails to from Virgin billing me for my internet. I cannot change my password for the same reason, Virgin doesn't recognise the email address tied to my account. I have tried logging in on Firefox and Chrome and neither work.
