A bit of a puzzler here that we can't work out. We were sent emails and texts last week saying that packaging would be sent to us for us to " return our equipment" and the packaging arrived today.
The only thing is, we haven't changed anything in our contract, continue to pay our bills, and haven't received any upgraded kit.
Basically, if we return our equipment, we won't be able to access the service that were paying for. Any idea?
