promised a deal at £92.64 yet 3 weeks later my account/contract still showing incorrect £109.74

good afternoon guys

on 16 january i upgraded my personal picks online - via my account - and got an order email confirmation with a ref#

my price was going from £91.74 to £92.64 per month

3 weeks + 4 phone calls later each assuring me it was fixed my contract is still showing incorrect £109.74

fed up 😞

great thanks nat! hopefully we can get this resolved soon. it has been very very frustrating for me unfortunately
