Your past posts appear to be multi-post replies which have all ended up in one merged historical topic which is hard to follow.

Did VM ever complete your installation (minus transfer of your phone number) or are your still waiting for VM to install?

Still waiting, MP contacted them we had a phone call to say he would look into it and we are currently waiting call was Thursday....

If it's anything like last time there press was contacted, we got a phone next day said would look into it and never heard anything back from them I'm sure it will be the same this time.

Just awaiting game.
