payments - already paid but I haven't

went to pay the bill and its saying its already been paid i know i havent paid it yet 

what can i do as when i go to pay it says nothing is due

I am sorry for the confusion over the bill payment. Have you tried a different browser? 

Can you send us a screenshot of this as well, removing any account details as well please. 

You can also pay via Collections on 0345 142 4444.

I have been having this same problem for months. I don't think VM are in any rush to fix the problem, as they can charge late fees if people miss their payments because of it.

Can I ask are you able to make a payment at all? Also do you always manually pay or is there a direct debit set up?
