package change

As an existing customer is it right that I have to pay an activation fee when changing to another package?

Thanks for posting on the forums and welcome to the community! It's nice to have you on board.

 

Can you please tell me a bit more about the package you were on previously and what package you have upgraded to?

 

If you have added any new equipment such as an extra V6/Tivo box, or upgraded your equipment, you may be charged an activation fee for the extra equipment. However if you have just upgraded your package and not made any changes to your current equipment, there would be no reason as to why you've been charged an activation fee.
