I recently recontracted had agreed on a new monthly price got told £8.50 would be added in credit to cover a fee while new monthly deal was being set up told not to worry that contract stated diffrent price then agreed as credit would be added each month to ajust it well just had my first new bill and £8.50 was added as an extra fee not credit and the contract monthly amount was charged not the agreed amount , i have tried calling but cant get through to anyone i need help sorting it out please
