over charged for November

not sure what the changes are but I telephoned virgin media in August when we got the price increase notice, my 30 August new contract took into account that I would not have to pay the October price increase and a new contract commenced on that basis. My November bill should read £2.73 pence but has not been revised or updated or credited.

this will be the second time I have been wrongly billed my previous bill was for 49 pounds
