online bills not kept up to date, refering to regulator

Hi all.

I wonder what is going wrong with virgin media? on line bills not reflecting amounts paid. I was charged for a late payment yet a few weeks later there is no reference to the over the telephone call payment to virgin media on the 19th Sept of £20.05p I then have a "pay now bill for £49 pounds", again no reference as to why I am being charged £49 when it should have been £29. imagine paying in and not seeing the amount, thank goodness the bank has proof, but the I think to myself I was charged for a late payment yet my billing is not kept up to date, try and keep track of that. see below pay now and no ref to £20.05p Capture.JPG
