online account

I cannot access my online account, when I try to change the password the links you send me by email say you are experiencing problems and to try later, this has been going on all year.

you cannot help when I try to call, and I cannot email you. your online messenger service does not respond

First of all we need to pass security by means of a private message 
Can you check the purple envelope top right of your screen

I have had to flag this with our IT Team to take a look 

It can take a further 7-10 days 

The estimated resolution date is 25/11/19
