I have not received a confirmation of cancellation email
Thanks for your post, I am sorry we have lost you as a customer.
We do not always send out a confirmation email, but normally after the disconnection request has been processed you will receive an email 24-48 hours after saying "sorry to see you leave"
How did you book your cancellation?
I booked my cancellation over the phone. the person said I would get an email conforming the date. I need the date so I can tell my new provider when to start their service.

As we take 30 days notice your disconnection date would be 30 days from then.
