not received £75 voucher

I had submitted my details via the appropriate link but I've not received the promised £75 eGift voucher even after the 100 days period.
The email sent to me by no-reply@giftcloud.com clearly mentioned: You will receive your eGift once you have completed your booking and this purchase has been validated by Virgin Media. Details of how to receive your gift will be sent to the email address provided after 100 days from your purchase. For any questions regarding your service or activation date please contact the Virgin Media Customer Care team here https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/contactus
I've checked the spam folder too but there are no emails there.

I too have not received the £75 Amazon voucher despite signing up back in September..

Very sorry that you're having some issues getting your voucher, this isn't good. 

Can I ask if the voucher was offered directly from us, or from a third party price comparison company? 

If it is from us have you checked your emails including your junk and spam folders to see if anything has arrived?

Yes, I've searched my junk folder.

The voucher was due to be issued via Giftcloud..

It was through giftcloud. The link in the email from giftcloud took me directly to virgin media website.

Hey @bobby5,

 

You would need to chase this with voucher cloud as they would send out the Amazon vouchers to you 90 days after your install has been completed.
