engineer was supposed to come out yesterday - 09/02/21 i took day off work , guess what no show no email no txt to say werent coming - try to phone to see what issue was - twice on phone for almost an hour and then it cuts off !!!! what is wrong with virgin customer service or lack of it - going to cancel direct debit see how long before they contact me - so fed up of Virgin, ive lost days holiday hours on a phone to get cut off - totally disgraceful
Cancelling your direct debit may have a few implications.
You may get reminders of missed payments, which could become chargeable. Depending how your bill dates fall, you could find services suspended unless you make manual payments. Eventually the missed payments will be entered on your credit file.
No-one's going to call you to ask whether you have any service issues.
