no record of tivo box order

Hi

Is there anyway that i can find out where my delivery of extra tv box is due it was supposed to be delivered either saturday or today nothing is logged onto my account or a text from yodel regarding delivery time stayed in house all day and lost 1 days wages

If you login to your "my Virgin Media" online account, click on "my account" at the top of the page, and then "order tracking"
