no customer account number or area reference on Contract Information Sheet
I have ordered the M500 Fibre Broadband with a Virgin Media WiFi Hub but the welcome email did not contain a customer account number or area reference so i'm unable to register and track my home delivery of the wifi hub.
In addition to that, the delivery was supposed to be today, but since receiving the welcome and pre-contact emails i never got any information on the delivery.
